Jeremy Dotson is a partner in the firm who has represented and successfully defended a wide array of clients during his career, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local individuals and startup businesses, at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Dotson’s practice has primarily focused on the defense of automobile and recreational vehicle manufacturers and dealerships, industrial and heavy equipment manufacturers, trucking companies and their drivers, construction companies, physicians, hospitals and their nursing staff, insured drivers involved in automobile accidents, insurance companies, and other individuals and companies who have been sued in wrongful death or catastrophic injury cases throughout Alabama and the Southeast.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Dotson enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf and watching Kentucky football and basketball. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, he and his family now live in Vestavia Hills and attend Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church
